Well, the past few weeks I have decided to commission a few artists for a project.
This project has been in the back of my mind "processing" for around 6 months.
I will get a new folder set up soon for this project to contain the information and commissions when they are done.
The temporary name I will give it is project "Adaptrix". We shall see if a better name emerges in the future.

The first few commissions have been received at this point, while others are still in progress.
I think I will wait until most of them have been finished, so the Artists' creative process is not unduly influenced by the other drawings.

I hope to upload a basic character information sheet soon with more details added once the drawing are published.

Hello Everyone,

Looking back this past year, this have not worked out the way I expected. Instead on getting into the fiction area, I decided to start commissioning artists instead.
I have found it very enjoyable working with them to help get a creation made. I also realized that I do not have the time to take all of my ideas and turn them into reality.
I plan to work with more artists in the year ahead and get some proof of concept drawings made then see if I can find some writers available here to help me get some projects taken care up.
I guess I have turned out to be more of an idea and vision type of person.

Hello, this is binks2001 and I am a starting amateur fiction writer. I have had an idea of creating a new character that has been floating around in my head for around a year now and I have decided to bring it to life here on Deviant Art. This character and story will be similar to many comic book characters that I have read over the years. But, things will be different. This will not be a copy of an existing character with some minor changes. I instead plan on amalgamating many comic book characters together to form this new entity. Right now my first step is to get an image shot of the character to work with as my beginning muse.

I am in the need of some artists here on Deviant Art to do some prototyping/sketching so that I can get the specific look I am going for. So here is what I need from you, my watchers:
1) If you are an artist and have some time available over the course of the next month or two and are interested in doing some sketching/prototyping, please message me with your rates and some links to examples of your work and I will get back to you.
2) If you are not an artist, please message me with any suggestions that you have on an artist that you thing would do a good job on sketching/prototyping. I will evaluate their work and consider them as possible artists.

After this, then I will get some more commissions done and then begin with the writing. I hope to get done some origin stories and history of this character that will give you, the readers, a more full picture of what the character has gone through and issues they will deal with in the future.
